It all started 16 years ago, When I first opened up a small Restaurant in North Miami Beach. The food that I prepare originates from India. After my ancestors moved to the Caribbean, the food has been diversified so the food that I cook is different then what the Indians in India prepare today we however, use the same spices. I use Indian curry, which is darker then the curry people in the Caribbean use!
As long as I have been the Owner, Chef, Prep-cook and Bottle Washer of Christine's Roti Shop, Less then a few of my customers ever complain. I have served mayors, Lawyers, Doctors and Neighborhood with a good reputation.
Everyone that likes my food will now be able to prepare in their own kitchen the exact same award winning, healthy and wholesome food that I prepare in my kitchen.
